Aiming to renew its communication strategies – especially to boost brand awareness and the visibility of its offering – Promos Italia engaged BMP for a project-based service consisting of:
- Communication consultancy based on research, analysis, and critical evaluation of past actions, current internal perceptions, and competitors’ communication choices. The service was delivered through analyses of marketing collateral, media coverage, internal magazines, and social channels; interviews with executives and managers; discussions with representatives of the Chambers of Commerce; and examination of the web presence and media coverage of competitors.
